This is one of a series of drawings done to illustrate Gillian B's Scooby-Doo FanFiction 'The Librarian's Ghost', which is hosted at VelmaDinkley dot com [link]
This drawing was originated as a pencil drawing then inked with a technical pen and finally coloured and shaded in Photoshop.
Velma doesn't let the small matter of being bound hand and foot stop her joining in the chase.
